| There are great benefits for you to have by learning Reiki, whether you wish to use Reiki for self healing or perhaps you want to take it to the level where you can practice on others as a professional Reiki healer.
Whatever the reason, it is a wonderful experience and you will benefit through the training as it helps to clear your own emotional, mental, spiritual and physical energy blockages. All levels are certified.
Your Personal Journey
Each person who learns Reiki embarks upon a personal journey of self exploration which helps you to let go of issues, thoughts and behaviours which are damaging to your health and wellbeing.
Reiki can be used safely with orthodox medical care and other complementary therapies. It combines well with many alternative therapies, including Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Massage and Counselling helping to increase the balance of wellbeing and health for you (or your clients if you are a professional practitioner).
With regular Reiki treatments, a person's dependence on medication may be reduced. For example someone on insulin for Diabetes may find that they can reduce their insulin levels after Reiki healing (it is recommended that the person monitors their insulin carefully after a treatment). The same can apply if taking Thyroxin. It may be necessary to let their/ your GP know that they/ you are receiving Reiki if taking medication for Thyroid health issues or Diabetes.

What the Training Involves
The training for Reiki 1 takes 1 day and we allow lots of practice to enable you to become familiar with Reiki and gain confidence in using it. Once the Reiki pathway is established through your attunement, this is a life long skill which you can use for growth, self development and healing for yourself, your family and your friends.
Reiki 2 Training - Taking each stage one at a time will enable you to become more familiar and comfortable with working with the Reiki energy. We require you to complete some home practice case studies before a certificate is issued. We also run Reiki follow up days to help support your practice and answer any questions you have.
We also offer our students a Reiki swap list to help you practise and receive free healing.
