| 5 days and 4 nights of pure indulgence at this award winning, first class spa hotel in the spa town of Varberg on the beautiful west coast of Sweden. Daily Hatha Yoga and Evolution Pilates classes in stunning yoga studio. Peace and serenity with meditation sessions in the luxury meditation room full of large embroidered cushions, dark wood and drapes. Delicious meals in the elegant award winning restaurant, maybe with a glass of wine from the vast wine cellar. Lovely beaches and walks and great shopping. There is also a huge range of complementary therapies available such as eight different Ayurvedic treatments, several types of thai massage treatments, Chinese detox treatment, color therapy bath, seaweed treatment, rejuvenating facials and much more. This will be a very relaxing and enjoyable break in luxurious surroundings.
Classes will be with Rose-Marie Sorokin, B.A., Dip BWY, fully qualified international Yoga and Pilates teacher with 25 years experience. There will be a variety of classes including Flow Yoga (creative and easy-to-follow sequences), Evolution Pilates (Rose-Marie’s unique style of Pilates, excellent for core stability and tension in back/neck/shoulders), Meditation and Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Accommodation is in twin rooms. Single room supplement is £75 in total for the 4 nights. No smoking in the rooms. Cable satellite television, In-room-movies (pay per view), coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, data ports, room service.
Asia Spa is situated on the top floor of Varbergs Stadshotell (117 rooms) with views over Varberg and the coast. The hotel is an interesting mixture of period and modern design and the spa has a beautiful oriental design with lots of dark wood, stone and water.
The cost for the Spa Retreat is £415 per person for 4 night’s shared accommodation, breakfast, all classes, full use of the Spa and bathrobe & slippers to take home. Not included: Flight, transfers, lunch, dinner, spa treatments, excursions, travel insurance. Flight is approx £50-£80 return with Ryanair to Gothenburg.
