Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is excellent for building a strong nervous system, it works on improving the blood circulation and glandular balance. It also helps you to take back control of the mind and the emotions. Using mantra mudra and asanas we work with specifically designed 'Kriyas' or sets of exercises which work on different aspects and levels of our being.

We start with a warm up, then the Kriya, then a lovely relaxation followed by a meditation..

11-12.30 Saturday mornings.

Please eat lightly before you come, bring a mat, some water, a cushion and a blanket for relaxation.
