Puerto Rey is in the province of Almeria in South East Spain, the area that has the highest number of sunny days per annum in mainland Spain, and in the region which wins the World Health Organisation's accolade as the most healthy climate in the world. Puerto Rey is on the coast a few minutes from the small fishing port of Garrucha and the holiday resort of Mojacar, afavourite with the Spanish.The area is served by three airports at Almeria, Alicante, and Murcia. It is an area which still offers the flavours of Spanish life. The beach is wide and sandy and stretches for some seven kilometres. It is bordered by a mix of promenade and a protected nature sanctuary, and paved pathways good for walking, cycling etc.
El Molino is a picturesque old water mill, nestling in a stunning but secluded gorge in the foothills of the nearby Sierra Cabrera mountains. On one day during the yoga week there will be an all-day yoga retreat held here. It is 20 minutes drive from Puerto Rey and offers a different energy dimension for yoga practice. The Yoga Retreat Day at El Molino includes walking meditation and aqua yoga as well as the usual yoga practices in the purpose build studio.

Accommodation
The accomodation is in an up-market villa with its own pool. The price is based on two people sharing a twin bedded room - some with en-suite bathroom. The villa is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes walk from both the beach and Yoga In The Bay's apartment where the main yoga sessions are held on the private shaded roof terrace.

Flight and Travel Details
Accomodation, Half-board (breakfast and lunch) plus all yoga sessions are included. The cost of travel is not included but flights can be taken to either Almeria, or Murcia, or Alicante Airports with many of the low cost airlines. Transfers can be organised in several ways from hire car, chaffeur car, taxi or even bus. We will help coordinate sharing hire car or chauffeur pick ups where possible Contact us for details.
