The studio opens onto a private courtyard garden, with its water feature and arbour, and is complete with its own labyrinth. This serene yoga space provides the perfect opportunity for practice outdoors, weather permitting, and the labyrinth is a most stimulating tool to bring new dimensions and greater depth to your meditation.
The studio is located in a clifftop village just to the east of Dover, Kent, in the United Kingdom. It is some twenty minutes from the Channel Tunnel and even less from the Dover Ferry and Cruise Liner ports, and the Dover Train and Bus Stations making it easily accessible from the Continent too. It has stunning views across the English Channel, with the French coast and the town of Calais often in clear view. This is an area surrounded by National Trust land with many peaceful cliff top, seaside, and country walks. a wonderful place in which to immerse oneself in the study and practice of the yoga tradition.
