Whether you decide to enjoy 3 or 5 nights, Elysium Retreats promise that you will leave feeling invigorated, relaxed and fit. Unlike most pilates and yoga retreats, you will benefit from the use of Pilates equipment such as a reformer and cadillac in addition to matwork classes. Whether you are a beginner or want to improve your pilates technique, this is the perfect time and place to refine it. Your retreat usually includes breakfast, dinner and a world class spa treatment of your choice.
Set on a private sandy beach, the Elysium is a deluxe hotel with spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea. Located just 10 minutes from the scenic harbour of Paphos and adjacent to the Tombs of the Kings, this hotel is immersed in its historical surroundings and is ideal for enjoying the shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, the hotel is majestic in design, influenced mainly by the Byzantine era.
You will have plenty of free time to explore Cyprus, workout in the gym, play tennis and golf or just lay by the pool. You will be able to arrange your private pilates sessions and spa treatment at a time of your choice.

Deluxe bedrooms are tastefully decorated in warm earthy colours and both the fabrics and furniture are traditionally Cypriot. Rooms have 2 twin or 1 double bed (with an extra bed available on request), bath, shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, Luxurious bathroom amenities, air-conditioning, satellite TV, pay TV and Playstation, mini-bar, two telephones and balcony or terrace. Upgrades to maisonette rooms and suites are available on request.

Weather in Cyprus
The period between March and May beats an English summer hands down. It is sunnier, hotter and drier. The average high temperature rises to 21°C in April with the average low temperature around 14°C in April. Beach days resume early April, so be sure to bring your swimwear!
